LeasingKart provides an online marketplace connecting tenants with landlords and property owners. We act as an intermediary platform and are not a party to any rental agreement made between users.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

4. Listings & Content

Property owners and landlords who post listings on LeasingKart are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listing information. LeasingKart makes reasonable efforts to verify listings but does not guarantee their accuracy.

By submitting any content to our Platform, you grant LeasingKart a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Platform to collect user data without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the Platform
• Violate any applicable local, state, or national laws
• List properties you do not have legal authority to rent

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeasingKart.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeasingKart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to rental disputes, financial losses, or property damage.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LeasingKart in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on LeasingKart.in — including the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of LeasingKart and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
